Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [not yet configured] (“Fliqo”, “we”) for use of the Fliqo service.

The service

Fliqo helps creators plan, shoot and learn from content. It generates recommendations using AI and analyses results you provide.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

AI outputs

Suggestions are recommendations. You make the final decisions about what you film and publish, and you're responsible for following the law and each platform's rules. Fliqo does not guarantee views, growth, income or any result. Platform algorithms change and are outside our control. Use common sense with physical instructions. Never film anywhere unsafe or where you lack permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

Third-party platforms

Fliqo is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or their owners. Integrations depend on those platforms and may change or stop.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy and any rights you have under law.

Intellectual property

The Fliqo software, brand and design belong to us. Don't copy, reverse engineer or resell the service.

Service limits and availability

We work to keep Fliqo available, but we provide it “as is”. Features may change. Usage limits and fair-use controls apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of content you publish. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first.

Changes

We'll give notice of material changes. Continuing to use Fliqo after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [not yet configured], without depriving consumers of protections under the laws of their country of residence.
